Bzana: pamphlets & stationery marketplace Effective 19 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Bzana mobile app and related services. By
creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree,
please do not use the app.
1. What Bzana is
Bzana is a marketplace. We connect students and parents with independent
stationery shops that sell study pamphlets and related supplies. The shop you
order from is the seller. Bzana operates the platform that lists their products
and passes your order to them.
2. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS.
Keep access to that phone number secure. Anyone who can receive your codes can access your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and delivery address you provide.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. See the account deletion page.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when the shop accepts it.
All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the shop or the courier when the order reaches you. Bzana does not process card payments and never asks for card details.
Prices are shown in Iraqi dinar and are set by the shop. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.
A shop may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock. You will be notified and you owe nothing for a cancelled order.
4. Delivery, returns and problems
Delivery times are estimates given by the shop, not guarantees.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact support@bzana.krd with your order number. We will work with the shop to put it right.
You may refuse an order at the door if it is clearly not what you ordered.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Place orders you do not intend to receive and pay for.
Use the app to break any applicable law.
Interfere with the app, attempt to access other users' accounts, or scrape the service.
We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly refuses delivered orders or
otherwise abuses the service.
6. Content and listings
Product titles, descriptions, prices and images are supplied by the shops that
list them. We take reasonable care but do not warrant that every listing is
complete, current, or error-free. If you believe a listing infringes your rights,
email support@bzana.krd and we will review it.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in the
Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Bzana is not liable for
indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that
cannot be limited under applicable law. Responsibility for the goods themselves,
including their quality and fitness, rests with the selling shop.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date at the top
of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a
change means you accept the updated terms.
