This policy explains what personal information the Bzana mobile app collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

We do not collect or store payment-card details. Orders are paid by cash on delivery; any online payment option shown is a label recorded with your order and is not connected to a payment processor.

We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the app is used and to find and fix problems. These tools may collect:

This data is used to monitor app health, diagnose and fix bugs or crashes, and improve the app. It is not used for advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see below), your personal data (phone number, name, saved addresses, cart and wishlist) is removed or anonymized. Order records may be retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to you) for accounting and business record-keeping.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Account → Edit profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your personal data as described above. You can also request deletion via the account deletion page.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

Bzana is a marketplace for pamphlets, stationery, and study materials and may be used by students of school age, including children, typically together with a parent, teacher, or guardian. We only collect the personal information described in this policy (account phone number and name, delivery addresses, order history, and app usage/diagnostic data) and do not knowingly collect more information from children than is needed to provide the service. We do not show behavioral or interest-based advertising to any user. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information beyond what is described here can contact us using the details below to review or delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
